Located in north east Bend, Boyd Park provides a fun combination of developed areas and wild spaces.
The developed portions of the park feature a multi-age playground, open lawn play areas, a picnic pavilion, and a basketball half-court.
The wild spaces of the park include soft surface trails that wind through native landscapes with rock outcroppings and superb mountain and desert views.
Boyd Park was acquired and established in 2008 by Dennis Pahlisch with Elkhorn Land Development. The Boyd family had originally homesteaded in the area, thus providing historical significance to the name. The Boyd Acres Neighborhood Association took interest in the park during development and provided input into the park’s design.
