Use for access to drop-in fitness classes, swim sessions, hot tub/spa features, fitness centers, indoor track and social activities at Juniper Swim & Fitness Center and Larkspur Community Center. Includes access to public roller skating sessions and 50% off public ice skating sessions at The Pavilion. (Skate rental is additional.) Does not include access to registration programs.

Out of district residents do not pay property taxes that support the district and will be charged an additional 20% for programs and facility passes. We also have a District Map and you can simply put in your address and it will indicate if you live within the district boundaries.

Bend Park and Recreation District offers specialized programming for adults and older adults including adult-focused enrichment programs and social activities at Larkspur Community Center – Home of the Bend Senior Center. Activities include Social Bridge, Billiards, Rug Hookers, Knitting, Pinochle, Mahjong, Book Club and Mexican Train. (Does not include fitness, swim or skating activities or registration programs.)

Passes, Memberships, Personal Training and Drop In Fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. We are unable to extend or suspend a pass due to personal circumstances.
Program registrations: As of April 5, 2022, you may cancel a program at any time and are encouraged to do so as soon as possible to make space available for others. Credits and refunds will be granted as follows: • Within 48 hours of registering: 100% of program fee • 15 days or more before program start date: 90% of program fee • 7-14 days before program start date: 75% of program fee • 6 days or less before program start: No credit or refund. It is extremely difficult to fill cancelled spaces with short notice. • After program start date/time: No credits, refunds or prorating of fees will be given for missed portions or early withdrawals.
Program fees are not refunded/ prorated for participants who miss portions of programs.
The following language is provided to participants, or the parent/guardian of any participants, of District events, activities and programs.
By registering for the above activities, I, the participant or the parent/guardian of the above named participant understand the possibility of injuries resulting from the activities indicated above or other activities sponsored by the Bend Park and Recreation District (“District”). I hereby acknowledge and accept all risks and hazards incidental to participation in such activities. I hereby release, absolve, indemnify and hold harmless the District and its directors, employees and agents from any injury, whether to person or property, of the participant resulting from such activities. In case of personal injury to participant, I hereby waive any and all claims against the District, its directors, employees and agents. I understand there is no insurance coverage provided by District for participant and that such coverage constitutes a responsibility of the participant and/or the undersigned. I hereby release from liability and waive any and all claims against any person who, on behalf of District, is involved in the transportation of participant in connection with District activities. I hereby consent to emergency medical treatment of participant to assure prompt treatment and prevention of undue delay, and I understand that such treatment may be provided by either a licensed physician or trained emergency care technician. I agree that the District may use, reproduce, disclose and distribute participant’s name and/or likeness for District marketing purposes. I acknowledge that I have read, fully understand and accept the above provisions and I recognize that the District is relying on such acceptance in permitting participant to engage in District activities.

Eligible programs will include unlimited access to BPRD fitness centers, virtual fitness classes, lap swimming and drop-in fitness classes, including water fitness classes and workout-on-your-own sessions.
The Medicare Open Enrollment Period also known as the Annual Election Period (AEP) for Medicare health and prescription drug plans happens only once per year.
Medicare Advantage plans offer additional benefits not covered by Original Medicare. Plan options may include coverage for prescription drugs, dental, vision, hearing, fitness and more.
During Medicare open enrollment, sometimes called the Medicare annual enrollment, you can change Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage or Medicare Part D plans, including changing your coverage, switching between plan types and adding prescription drug benefits.
Enrollment for Medicare enrollees who want to make changes to their coverage happens every fall between October 15 and December 7. Any changes you make during the 2024 Medicare enrollment period will affect your 2025 Medicare plan, beginning January 1, 2025.
Any new pass holders, or any returning patrons with PacificSource, must fill out and return the enrollment form. You will need to confirm your eligibility with your provider and ask for an eligibility/fitness number to complete enrollment. Complete and return the PDF, or fill out the online form below.

We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to participate in recreation activities. Financial need-based scholarship assistance is available to qualifying individuals for many recreation programs, including senior, fitness, swim and skating passes and activities.
The goal is to remove financial barriers for community members with limited financial resources. In the last year, approximately 700 individuals and families participated in programs with support that provides safe, enriching activities and contribute to a physically active community.
