October 7 – 13 is Customer Service Appreciation Week at BPRD! Our Customer Service Specialists are the smiling, friendly faces you see behind the front desks at our facilities.
The department works 363 days a year, most days starting at 5:30 a.m. at Juniper, and sometimes as late as 10:30 p.m. at The Pavilion. They’re tasked with knowing the thousands of details of our offerings to help the community best access recreation.
Our team has a great mix of experience and some are veteran staff with over 30 years experience with the district. Collectively, we have experience working in other departments including Youth Recreation, Youth Enrichment, Outreach, Aquatics, Park Stewards, Therapeutic Recreation, Rentals & Events and even Volunteer Youth Sports Coaches.
