Wide range of structured cycle workouts from endurance rides and hill climbs to sprints and race pace efforts. Music is specifically chosen to guide your effort and motivate your ride. You are encouraged to modify your ride at each class to meet your needs and your goals.
Parent Child Swim - (Children's Pool)
A special time in the indoor children's pool for parents and children 6 and younger to explore the water, and practice swimming skills. Duck slide, squirting fish and other fun water toys available. Adult supervision in the water is required. Swim diapers are required for those who are not potty trained. Learn more about Recreation Swim at Juniper.
Fee: Pass or drop in fee including spectators: ages 3-18 $7; adult $9; ages 2 and under are free with paying adult. Adult are $7 each when adult accompanies children.

Have fun getting a full-body workout while utilizing the low-impact properties of water. The emphasis will be on cardio- endurance, core & muscle strength, improving balance & posture, toning up with the use of equipment. Classes held in shallow water or deep water. Flotation belts are required in the deep water.

Mobility Through Water/MS - Whitney S.
Consists of a series of gentle exercises which focus on improving strength, flexibility, balance, range of motion and cardiovascular fitness. Water exercises provides a comfortable option for people with arthritis and multiple sclerosis (MS) due to its supportive, reduced -impact environment. Held in the indoor pool at JSFC which is 83-84 degrees pool; this cooler temperature is beneficial for MS patron. Designed by the Arthritis Foundation.
Masters Swim (25 M) -
Improve your skills and enjoy training in structured swim practices with experienced coaches. Masters swim emphasizes fitness, fellowship and fun for various ages and abilities, who can swim comfortably for 500 meters (20 lengths). Competing is not required although many choose to race.
Baby & Me Cycle/Core - Haley L.
This class is part of BPRD's Pre-/post-natal Fitness and Baby & Me Fitness series. Bring baby and get your workout in while you connect with other parents and guardians in a supportive community. You and baby will have the time and space to settle in and connect with each other and the instructor. Babies are welcome from 6 weeks to crawling. Strollers, car seats and bouncy seats encouraged. There is no cycle on your own available during this time.
Restorative Flow Yoga - Barb D.
Restorative Flow includes gentle movement with the breath in standing poses, as well as passive lying and seated stretches.

High intensity deep water running class that provides a total body workout without any impact. Your flotation belt is anchored to a lane line, providing even greater resistance. Set to upbeat music, participants can work out harder, get their heart rates up higher and burn more calories than running on land.
