BPRD frequently uses public works contracts to complete project work. Consultants and contractors can view plans for BPRD’s current projects out for competitive bid at the Premiere Builder’s Exchange – Public Works page.
The district also invites qualified consultants to join our Informal Solicitation List for upcoming projects. When professional services are needed, project managers will contact firms on the list that offer the relevant in-house expertise. Consultant selections are made based on qualifications, experience, capacity, and other criteria in alignment with ORS 279C.110.
Being on the list ensures you receive notifications about informal solicitations and some formal RFPs, though participation does not guarantee work. Firms can join or update their information on the list at any time. Teaming with other firms is allowed and encouraged.
