This small park in the Three Pines subdivision features a picnic table and playground structure for young children with a “railroad” theme in honor of the lumber rail lines that once ran through this area to Shevlin Park.

Trail connections begin at the park with paved pathways through Three Pines and leading to the trail connections at Shevlin Commons to Shevlin Park.

Park visitors are encouraged to walk or bike to the park as only ADA accessible parking is available at the park site

Three Pines Park was acquired in 2007 and was developed that same year by the Three Pines Development and homeowner’s association. The name of the park originates from the neighborhood subdivision where it is located. Fun fact: The “railroad” theme for the playground was in honor of the lumber rail lines that once ran through this area to Shevlin Park.
