Want to be a Vendor at the 2015 Old Fashioned July 4th Festival?
Artists, Crafters, Food Vendors, Civic Organizations & Community Agencies
Join the fun and serve your community by becoming a vendor at the 2015 Old Fashioned July 4th Festival. A tradition since the 1930’s, this festival continues to offer our community the largest one-day family event in Bend. Over 10,000 people come from Oregon and beyond for the Pet Parade preceding the Festival and then head to Drake Park to participate in the festivities, food, live music, games and shopping at over a hundred craft and community booths. Booth spaces (15′ X 15′) are available for artisans/crafters, nonprofits (with or without sales) and commerical business. View the Vendor Booth Map (PDF) to see how the festival is laid out and where your type of booth could be located.
Registration for non-food Vendor booth is complete – Waitlist is available.
As of April 13, all festival booths for crafters/businesses or agencies in the non-food areas have been reserved. A wait list has been started if booth spaces do open. To be included on the waitlist please complete and submit the vendor application included in the Vendor Information and Registration Packet without payment and we will add you to the wait list. You may mail your application, drop it off at the District Office or scan it and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Kids & Family Area Agencies
Nonprofit groups interested in promoting their agency should contact Charlene Schulz at email@example.com and consider hosting a booth in the festival’s Kids & Family area.
