Join the fun and serve your community by becoming a vendor at the 2016 Old Fashioned July 4th Festival. A tradition since the 1930s, this festival continues to offer our community the largest one-day family event in Bend. Over 10,000 people come from Oregon and beyond for the Pet Parade preceding the Festival and then head to Drake Park to participate in the festivities, food, live music, games and shopping at over a hundred craft and community booths. Booth spaces (15′ X 15′) are available for artisans/crafters, nonprofits (with or without sales) and commerical business. Returning 2015 Food Vendors -Registration now open!
Priority registration is now open until January 29, 2016 for returning food vendors only. Returning food vendors will be able to register for the same booth number/location as they had in 2015. If you participated as a food vendor in 2015 and would like to return for the 2016 festival, email firstname.lastname@example.org for online registration information. If you are unable to register online, submit your completed application by email, mail, fax or in person at the Bend Park and Recreation District Office (799 SW Columbia Street) by January 29, 2016. Please reference your booth number from 2015 on the application. Registration will open for non-returning food vendors in February 2016.

New Food Vendors
Applications are currently being accepted, however, returning 2015 food vendors have priority registration until January 29, 2016. Applications for new food vendors will be reviewed and selected between February and April 2016 based on the needs of the event. Please submit your completed application by email, mail, fax or in person at the Bend Park and Recreation District Office (799 SW Columbia Street). Online registration is not available for new food vendors. Payment is NOT required to be submitted with your application; your payment will be due once you have been selected as a food vendor for the event and given a booth number by the event coordinator.
Returning 2015 Craft/Artisan/Commercial Vendors
Registration for returning craft/artisan/commercial booths will open after the 1st of the year. Vendors who participated in the 2015 Festival will be able to register for the same booth number/location for 2016 by registering online. You should receive an email from the event coordinator with specific instructions on how to register for the same booth number you had in 2015. You may register online, via email, by mail, phone or in person.
Returning 2015 Vendors – Want a different booth number?
Vendors who were in the 2015 festival wanting to reserve a different booth number/location or additional space may do so by emailing the event coordinator. Requests will be honored on an as-available, first-come, first-served basis until Friday, April 1st.
New Craft/Artisan/Commercial Vendors
Returning vendors have priority registration and new vendor applications will be put on a waitlist to be reviewed and selected on an as-needs basis for the event by April 2016. If you would like to get on the waitlist, please email email@example.com with your business or organization name and type of goods to be sold. Courtney will contact you should there be an available booth opening.
Kids & Family Area Agencies
Nonprofit groups interested in promoting their agency should contact the event coordinator and consider hosting a booth in the festival’s Kids & Family area. Groups are asked to provide a free engaging activity or active game for all ages to enjoy!
