Are you looking for times to supplement your fitness or therapeutic program? “Workout on your Own” provides space in the warm water indoor pool. Other programs are taking place during these times so space is may be shared and is limited. Water running is permitted in the slow lanes during lap swim. This schedule is subject to change.
