Weekly Fit Kids Schedule
Yoga, Zumba Kids & Creative Movement for ages 4-11
Calling all kids! Fit Kids is fun, playful activities that promote a healthy lifestyle. Each class incorporates movements to build self esteem, develop body awareness and learn new skills. Indoor activities with fitness play and yoga. Parents, come try one of the adult fitness classes and make it family fitness time! Kids will be active, safe, and frustration-free with this dance-based children’s fitness class.
Kids Triathlon Clinics Ages: 4 – 16
Hey kids! Join us to learn the different sports of triathlons as well as how to eat healthy and prepare to race. Bring your bike, swimsuit, towel, running shoes, snack, water bottle and join the fun. Each week includes transition work and nutrition tips and highlights a different focus, see below. Register
Fee: $5 ID $6 OD
Tu: 5:00 – 6:00 pm

8/4 Swim focus 8/11 Practice your skills 8/18 What to expect on race day
Kids Triathlon Ages: 4 – 15
Swim, bike, run-come do a triathlon. Swimming will be held in the safe and supervised pool with mountain biking and running courses will be held in Juniper Park. This non-timed event focuses on sportsmanship and making new friends. Fee includes t-shirt as well as participation award. Register
Fee: $25 ID $30 OD
Su: 8/23 8:30 am – 12:30 pm
On-going, weekly drop-in classes offered for your convenience. Use your Family or Youth Fitness Pass. No registration required.
